Non- Disclosure Agreement

All written and oral information, material (collectively, “Confidential Information”) you receive from the author is copyrighted. You may not make multiple copies and/or modify the Confidential Information in any way. Unauthorized recording (audio, video, still photography, etc.) of presentations during sessions, without written consent of the authors is strictly prohibited. All Confidential Information shall not be disclosed to any third party, whether individual or other entity.

The recipient agrees to take reasonable steps to prevent the disclosure or unauthorised use of Confidential Information to prevent Confidential Information from becoming available in the public domain or the possession of any third party.

Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed as creating, conveying, transferring, granting or conferring upon the recipient any rights (including intellectual property rights), license or authority in or to the Confidential Information.
